What are the Terms & Conditions for each auction? Where are the Terms & Conditions located for each auction item?

The Terms & Conditions are different for each one of our auctions. When you go to an item listing, the box below the description is where the Terms & Conditions are located. Just scroll through and read all terms & conditions.

When or How do I preview the auction items in person?

Look in the Terms & Conditions for each item. The location and times for the preview will be listed there.

Remember when placing auto-bids that our site does not use pennies (0.19, 0.77, 0.99, etc). All bids are in whole dollars and must be a complete & full bid increment above the previous high bid. Please check the item to make sure that your bidder number is listed as the High Bidder, if not, then you are not the successful bidder. The bid increments for the site are as follows: Bid Price in USD $ Bid Price Bid Increment in USD$ 2 to 50 is $2 raise/increment 50 to 300 is $5 raise/increment 300 to 1,000 is $10 raise/increment 1,000 to 2,500 is $25 raise/increment 2,500 to 5,000 is $50 raise/increment 5,000 to 10,000 is $100 raise/increment 10,000 to 25,000 is $250 raise/increment 25,000 to 100,000 is $500 raise/increment 100,000 to 250,000 is $1,000 raise/increment 250,000 to 500,000 is $2,500 raise/increment 500,000 to infinity is $5,000 raise/increment

How to place an Auto-Bid or a Max-Bid:

1. To place a maximum bid or an auto-bid, just enter the maximum amount you are willing to bid on an item and enter that amount where it says “Place Bid”. 2. The program will bid on your behalf up to your maximum bid. 3. Always remember to refresh your page to see current price. 4. Remember when placing auto-bids that our site does not use pennies (0.19, 0.77, 0.99, etc). All bids are in whole dollars and must be a complete & full bid increment above the last bid. Please check the item to make sure that your bidder number is listed as the High Bidder, if not, then you are not the successful bidder.

I bid $ x.xx amount and the program says it accepted my bid, but I am not the high bidder? Why?

Someone has previously placed an auto-bid or a max-bid amount higher than your bid. See item #6 above.

Always look to make sure that your bidder number shown on home page next to your name where it says, “Welcome, John Doe (1234)”, is listed on the item as the High Bidder. You should refresh your web page to make sure of the current information.

How do I pay for my purchases?

After the conclusion of the auction, about an hour after all items have ended, go to your “My Account” section and click on “My Invoices”. Just click on the invoice for that day and your invoice will appear. You may pay online with Mastercard, Visa, Discover & American Express. If you are pre-approved for a check or are paying cash, you “may” be able to pay in person. Again, please read the auction terms & conditions. Some auctions are credit card only.

Can a bid be removed?

No. Once a bid is placed, the bidder who placed the bid is responsible for that amount. All Bids Are A Binding Contract. Bidder acknowledges that once a bid is offered, the Bidder shall be bound by the bid amount. Bids can not be withdrawn or retracted. Verify your information entered (ie: bid amount, correct item, etc) before submitting your bids.

I'm a high bidder on an item , where do I find information about Pickup & Removal ? and Why is this date & time important ?

Pickup & Removal information can always be found in two (2) places: 1. On the home page or main calender page. Date, time and location are listed. 2. On each item page, in the box labeled “terms and conditions., the date, time & location are listed, as well as the “location” column. It is so very important that you come to the scheduled pickup. 1. BoldBids,L.L.C. is under contract on every auction we perform. Based on the terms of the contract all items must be removed by a certain date & time. BoldBids must then return keys and are not allowed entry after a certain date and time. If we can’t get in you can’t get in. 2. The auction calender is created months in advance. A great deal of time & effort goes into the planning and arrangement of the calender. Please respect this. 3. Keep in mind that the seller is having an auction for a reason. The seller wants the items to leave the premises. 4. If you, or a representative for you, can NOT attend the scheduled pickup date, time and location then please forgo (do not) bid. Please respect this.
